Nancy Novak is a highly accomplished and respected leader in the data center and construction industry, with over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of success.
As Chief Innovation Officer at Compass Datacenters, Nancy is responsible for leading the company’s efforts to develop and implement new technologies and processes. She has overseen the delivery of over $3.5 billion in projects during her time at Compass, and she has also played a key role in helping the company to become one of the most innovative and sustainable data center providers in the world.
Nancy is also actively involved in a number of organizations dedicated to the advancement of women in business, including Above the Glass Ceiling, Women in Government Relations, Women Construction Owners and Executives, The World Trade Center Initiative, and Fortune Media’s Most Powerful Women. She is a frequent speaker on the topic and has participated in the White House Womens and Diversity in STEM forums.
