Informal Interactions With Bill jabjiniak

What has been the biggest change for you moving from the public to the private sector? How do you maintain your work-life balance?

Honestly, I have more balance now than I ever had, and I’m definitely not as stressed! I have fewer after-hours obligations and interact with elected Mesa officials more as friends than colleagues, but I’m still very actively involved with community events in Mesa and the Southwest region. I also still chair a hospital board.

I live in Mesa, and it’s important to me to stay engaged and involved in activities in and around the area. I’m really proud of the strides the city made during my time working there, and I look forward to seeing it grow even more.
