WHY: Flexential hosted the groundbreaking ceremony of its fifth data center in Denver in the southern district of Parker. This data center will offer 22.5MW of capacity provided by Core Electric and will be set on a 17-acre land parcel. The data center caters to the growing demands of AI-driven workloads and high-density compute. With this expansion, Flexential’s total footprint and capacity in Denver will be 759,000 square feet and 49.4MW.
