Henrico County County Manager

During the Covid-19 crisis, Henrico government and the Economic Development Authority are using our experience and knowledge in critical situation management to focus on safeguarding the health of our citizens and the business community. While complying with all of the Governor’s executive orders related to Covid-19, Henrico has ensured all critical business functions, especially those in the datacenter-related and Internet Infrastructure sectors, operate without interruption.  These companies and their employees have a special responsibility to maintain their normal work schedules to ensure seamless business continuity in Henrico and the world.  Further, the Henrico Board of Supervisors delayed tax payments on data center real estate, equipment, and servers for 60 days.  While protecting the safety of our Henrico team, plan reviews, permits, and inspections continue for all Henrico businesses to ensure they can meet their project timelines.
