Phillip Marangella, Chheng Lim and Bill Kleyman launched the iMasons Capstone program – one of the most successful iMasons programs for increasing the flow of diverse talent into our industry.
The Capstone program was developed to give bachelors degree seniors a year-long project in digital infrastructure. These student teams were supported throughout the project by iMasons and industry mentors. We launched this program last year with a pilot at Hampton University, a minority-serving institution with many of the students becoming aware of our industry for the first time. EdgeConnex was just 1 of the beneficiaries of these new recruits into our industry.
