As the CEO of Aligned Data Centers, one of the largest and fastest-growing private data center operators in the Americas, Andrew Schaap is responsible for the strategy behind the company’s adaptive data center solutions for hyperscale and enterprise customers. Spurred by delivering at speed and scale on a global level while reducing environmental impact, Schaap is likewise a founding board member of DC Delta, a group of global connectivity providers, sustainability leaders, and data center end users and innovators focused on improving data center efficiency and sustainability. He also plays a critical role in empowering and educating future digital infrastructure leaders through his community outreach work with Aligned Cares and his position on the advisory board for the world’s first Master of Science in Datacenter Systems Engineering at Southern Methodist University.
