Claudia Massey is a role model for diversity and inclusion in the technology industry. She has a long track record of promoting and developing talent with a focus on inclusion. She is also a passionate advocate for initiatives both inside and outside of Schneider Electric.
Throughout her career, Claudia has been a long-standing leader who has fostered the growth and development of many students and individuals in and outside of Schneider Electric. She is a true example of fearlessness and demonstrates to others how to overcome their own fears. She is transparent in her experiences, listens without judgment, and demonstrates superior emotional intelligence no matter the pressure she is under. Against all odds, Claudia leads with empathy and has a unique eye for talent in unexpected places. She takes chances on those who may have been ignored by others because she sees development opportunities.
Presently, she leads a number of impactful initiatives across the technology industry, including:
1) Leading the scholarship committee for the HITEC foundation
2) Serving as the Chair for the Infrastructure iMasons LatinX committee
3) Being the Executive Sponsor for the Hispanic Employee Resource Group at Schneider Electric
4) Being on the iMasons D&I Roundtable
