Winner

Alison Marlow

Schneider Electric

Alison Marlow is an International Account Executive at Schneider Electric where she is a global leader in energy management and automation with more than seven years of experience in the Cloud and Service Provider segment. She is also a military spouse and the Infrastructure Masons Armed Forces Member Resource Group Chair, where she drives programs and initiatives that help veterans and military spouses find roles in the digital infrastructure industry that align with their diverse skill sets.

Prior to joining the digital infrastructure industry, Alison traveled, lived, and worked with indigenous people in remote regions of the U.S., Mexico, China, Tibet, and and co-founded an educational non-profit in Ivory Coast, Africa, to train teachers and build schools, and continues to serve on the Board of Directors. As she transitioned into the digital infrastructure industry, Alison struggled to align her diverse skills and experiences with traditional job descriptions – a common struggle among military veterans and spouses. The challenge inspired her to build a support structure for the military community, including a skills-based approach to recruiting in partnership with Oplign, an employment platform, and the creation of a custom mentorship program for veterans and military spouses with American Corporate Partners.
