Justin Melnikoff has extensive experience in leading business operations and growth for telecom industry leaders. Prior to his current position with MOX Networks, Melnikoff served as President and Chief Operating Officer for six years and Executive VP of Corporate Development for the three years before that. Previously, he held positions at Sidera Networks (now part of Crown Castle) and The Heiden Group.

I anticipate updates on emerging subsea cable systems linking the Atlantic, and I am eager to see the partnerships that will be born from enhanced connectivity here in the US and abroad. The MOX Networks team is looking forward to sharing news about new industry collaborations within the subsea community in 2025!
