WHEN: 17 February 2023 WHERE: Ashburn, Virginia
WHY: PowerHouse Data Centers, a developer, and owner of next-generation data centers and technical real estate solutions for hyperscalers in Northern Virginia, celebrated the topping out milestone of its first data center in Northern Virginia, ABX-1. Built on a 10-acre site, the two-story, 265,00 SF facility will deliver 60 MW in six data halls, with the ability to expand to 80 MW.
